Extra Credit

 

  1. 3. Next to the Points Possible is a place for Extra Points.  This is extra credit points.  If you want students to be able to earn more than the possible set points, enter the number in the box.


  1. 4.Click SAVE.


  1. 5.This can also be set in the Categories.






Note:


If you enter a score exceeding the Points Possible + Extra Points, you will get an alert window.

 

  1. 1. Click on an assignment so that the Assignment Window appears.


  1. 2.Click on the menu option Copy Assignments.


There are two ways to issue extra credit, through an existing assignment or in a separate extra credit assignment.

Important Note: Extra credit assignments cannot be in a category of its own.  You must have assignments that have possible scores greater than zero in the same category.
